The weaver sits intently on his Hand Loom machine twisting and adding the thin strips of the sarees to fresh warp threads, to create the new and up-cycled Khesh weave.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fabric develops stripes which can sometimes differ in color metre to metre. Each design has an individual patchwork style.

The designs are versatile and some are even reversible. They can be styled differently each time, generating more wears.

Our initiative to start addressing fabric scraps stems from the vision to reach a Zero Waste work space in the future.
