SHIPPING POLICY
At Prathaa - Weaving Traditions, we take great care in delivering your products and partner only with reputed national couriers.
Our courier partners deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday, from 10 am to 7 pm. processing of the shipment takes 5 to 7 working days. Please note that working days exclude public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking information.
International courier charges start from INR 2900.This is charged on actual based on weight and location.
RETURN POLICY FOR PRATHAA
At Prathaa, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. However, in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Return Process:

- Fill out the return details included with your order and include it in your return package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Credit Notes
- Issuance:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status.
- If your return is approved, we will issue a credit note with a coupon code redeemable on our website.
- The coupon code will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Exclusions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Eligibility:
- Items can be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Follow the same return process and specify the desired exchange item.
- Processing:
- Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos or videos taken while opening the package showing the damaged or incorrect item.
- Resolution:
- We will offer a replacement or a credit note

CANCELLATIONS
We accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment has left our warehouse.
